All electricity is produced by the Generator. The diesel for the Generator is included. The Generator will operate from 6:30 PM

Two Rooms (fully furnished) are included in the package. Check Out Time: 8 AM

1000 Melamine Plates & Spoons will be provided

6 Coal & Wood Angeethis are available on request

Extra Items at Customer's Expense :

Napkins & Pinni for dinner plates is to be provided by the customer

Chair & Sofa Covers are available on extra cost

Trolley, Bone China Crockery, Coffee Machine, Gas Heaters are available on extra cost

Flower Decoration is the customer's responsibility at their own expense

Any Extra Lighting & its generator are the customer's responsibility at their own expense

We have 150 Tables, any extra tables are to be arranged by the customer

Any extra waiters ( except 30 waiters ) are available on extra cost

Waiters at Phere will be charged extra

Service Tax @ 12.36 % or as applicable will be charged extra on the booking amount

Payment Terms :

All payments are to be cleared at least 15 days before the date of function

25% of booking amount is to be deposited at booking and is not refundable on cancellation

Notes :

A Security of Rs. 5000/- is to be deposited extra at bhatti which will be refunded after deducting the washing charges Rs.400/-of Halwai bardana.

Breakage, damage or loss of any other goods of the Banquet Hall will be charged extra

No Pan Stall will be allowed in the premises

Detailed Discussion with menu for arrangements should be done at least 15 days before the function

Only Commercial Cylinders are allowed in the Kitchene

Alcohol is only permitted after obtaining the License from the authorities

All facilities can be arranded on cost
