Description Manohar E-7016 is a medium coated, Basic type, low Hydrogen Control Electrodes producing a tough, Ductile Weld Metal for welding of heavy section in Mild Steel, Medium High Tensile Steel subjected to dynamic loading. It is also suited for Cast Steel of Unknown composition and for Non Machinable
deposit on Iron with the Radiographic Weld Metal.
Applications
Typical application including Coach, Ships, Heavy Duty Structure, Earth Moving Machinery, Rotator Kiln Shell and Cast Iron, The welding of medium high tensile steels such as Carbon steel up to 0.4%C, Manganese steel up to 2.0% Mn, and silicon steel upto 0.5% Si, Chromium steel upto 0.4 %Cr and 0.6% cr etc. are the special feature of this electrodes
