| Description | Manohar Hard Vth is a semi basic and heavy coated, Air Hardening type, Hard Surfacing welding electrodes, having good welding properties even on low OCV Transformers. It is specially designed, for Hard Surfacing and building up of worn out machines parts running under extremely serve condition of impact and abrasion. Its weld metal is totally Nonmachinable and can only be ground. This electrodes is very easy to use and gives Smooth weld surface and slag is easily detachable. | ||||||||||||

| RECOMMENDATION | To get the optimum result RE-DRY the electrodes at 150°C for one hour. Use stringer bead technique and sequancial welding for best result. Use short arc and lower current of the recommended range. |
