Description Manohar E-7018 is a heavy coated low Hydrogen, Basic Type, Iron Powder type electrodes. The metal recovery of about 115% min with radiographic weld metal.
Applications
Mahohar E-7018 is suitable for welding of Medium High Tensile steel, Heavy section and restrained Joints in High Tensile Steel. The Weld Metal which contain about 1.4% Mn, is extremely resistant to cold and hot Cracking and Tri-axial stressing. This electrodes is ideally suited for producing touch and ductile weld of radiographic quality boilers, pressure vessels and heavy structure to dynamic loading and impact coaches, wagons pen stocks, pressure vessels,
Earth moving machines etc.

PRECAUTION Always use the DRY Electrodes
